At Blended Threadz, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Blended Threadz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Blended Threadz is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages
Delays caused by the carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
